Etiquette:

• To maintain our relaxing & peaceful Spa environment, the Spa facility is reserved for adults only. 
  
  
• Cell phones and pagers must be silenced or set to vibrate mode to enhance the relaxation of others.
  
  
• For your comfort and well-being smoking is not permitted.
  
  
• Our service provider’s time is very valuable; we respectfully ask that a 24 hour notice be given for all cancellations in order to avoid a 50% service fee.
  
  
• We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.  If there is a time when an appointment is unavailable, we may suggest an alternate service provider to satisfy your needs, we also offer a waiting list to our guests.
  
  
• Your appointment time is reserved for you.  In the event of a late arrival, our service providers will adjust the course of treatment to accommodate the amount of time available.  We are dedicated to rejuvenation and peace.  We kindly ask parents to accommodate these needs for other guests.  Please do not leave children under the age of 12 left unattended.
